Rooted in forty years of hair.
STĀ Solutions began behind a salon chair, and grew into a trichology studio because too many clients were being told their hair loss was "just stress" and sent home with a shampoo.
The founder
Dawn Bacchi
Board-Certified Trichologist · Holistic Hairdresser
Dawn has spent more than four decades in hair, long enough to see every fad arrive twice. The turn toward holistic hair care came in 2014, when her sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. Watching treatment take her sister's hair changed what Dawn wanted her work to mean.
She developed two certified-organic hair care lines, Hair Goddess and STĀ by Dawn Bacchi, and then went back to school: board certification through the U.S. Trichology Institute in 2022, and a graduate credential through the World Trichology Society in 2024.
Today she works with clients losing hair to genetics, hormones, illness, medication and age, finding the cause first, and treating it without needles or surgery.

Nine years in beauty and wellness taught Victoria that good skin isn't a product, it's a practice. She designs every signature facial on the menu and tailors each one in the room, to the skin in front of her.
